Privacy Policy

• Account information — name, email, phone, password (stored hashed), profile details, organization and team placement.
• Information submitted through forms — registration, employer referral, meeting scheduling, support tickets, and contact form submissions, including names, emails, phone numbers, company details, employee counts, and free-text notes.
• Activity within the platform — notes, statuses, appointments, referral attribution, and timestamps.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and log data generated when you use the Service.

We do not intentionally collect medical records or other protected health information through ChampReach. Please do not submit health details in free-text fields.

• To create and administer accounts and organizations;
• To attribute registrations and employer referrals to the correct representative and team;
• To let representatives and their administrators follow up with people who submitted their information;
• To schedule and manage meetings, and to send transactional notifications and alerts;
• To provide support, secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

• With the representative and organization you were referred by — if you submit a form on a representative's page, that representative and their organization's administrators can see your submission.
• With Champion Health and related parties — where needed to process contracting, plan enrollment, or employer proposals.
• With service providers — hosting, database, email delivery, scheduling, and messaging vendors that process data on our behalf.
• For legal reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

By submitting your contact details you agree that a representative may contact you by email, phone, or text about The Champ Plan. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, using the unsubscribe link in emails, or emailing us. Account holders can adjust notification preferences in Settings.

We keep information for as long as your account or record is active and as needed for legitimate business, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes. Archived records may be retained rather than deleted so teams keep accurate attribution history.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, role-based access, and per-organization data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@champreach.com. We will verify your identity before acting and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Embedded content, such as YouTube videos, may set its own cookies under the provider's policy.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
