Terms of Service

ChampReach is an independent software tool that helps representatives of The Champ Plan by Champion Health share information, recruit team members, refer employers, and schedule meetings. ChampReach is not an insurance company, insurance agency, health plan, or medical provider, and it does not sell, underwrite, or administer insurance or health benefits. Champion Health and The Champ Plan are independent third parties; their products, contracts, compensation, and compliance rules are governed solely by their own agreements with you.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information about any person or business;
• send unsolicited messages, spam, or communications that violate anti-spam, telemarketing, or SMS laws;
• make guarantees about earnings, savings, tax outcomes, or benefit eligibility that are not authorized in writing;
• upload another person's personal or health information without a lawful basis and their permission;
• attempt to access accounts, organizations, or data that are not yours, or to probe, scan, or disrupt the Service.

Referral links and landing pages are provided so you can attribute registrations and employer submissions to your team. Attribution recorded inside ChampReach is a convenience record only. Actual downline placement, contracting, commissions, and compensation are determined solely by Champion Health and the applicable carrier or plan sponsor — not by ChampReach. Administrators of your organization may view, correct, reassign, or archive records within that organization.

When you submit contact details for a prospective team member, employer contact, or meeting attendee, you represent that you have the right to share that information and that the person expects to be contacted. You are responsible for your own communications with them and for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, and licensing rules in your jurisdiction.

Content in the Service — including savings estimates, payroll tax illustrations, benefit summaries, videos, and training material — is general information for illustration only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or medical advice. Actual results depend on employer-specific facts. Consult qualified advisors before making decisions.

The Service integrates with third parties such as scheduling, email, messaging, and hosting providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or actions.

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and content. You retain rights in the content you submit and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it in order to operate the Service. Champion Health and Champ Plan marks belong to their owners and may only be used as authorized.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if your relationship with the applicable organization ends. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost commissions, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your communications with prospects or employers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
